injection molds, extrusion dies, oil field and automotive parts in Oklahoma.
We have been in South Jersey since 1997. American HTT is a small company,
and as such, has a firm grasp of expenses and a low overhead. We offer quality service
and good turn-around time. We also offer a $67.50 minimum charge for
Vacuum Hardening. There are no shortcuts in heat treating, but we offer this
minimum charge because most tool steel jobs can be hardened together, although
the tempering may be different.
We don’t offer pick up and delivery, but customers in Phila, Long Island, and
even Florida use UPS, fairly inexpensive and helps us keep the cost low.
American HTT also has the capacity to run production jobs, if the weight is substantial

Integral Quench Furnace:
Carburizing
Carbo Nitriding
Straight Hardening-( 0-1, 4140 etc)
Normalizing
Surface Combustion- Box furnace
Stress relieving
Tempering
Annealing
Test Equipment- R/C, R/A, Superficial R/N 15, 30, 45 and also 3000Kg
Brinell testing.
